Looking at the screenshots you're posting, it looks to me like the developers may have actually designed a few of those armor sets specifically for the publicity photos. In the first one, it appears to be a set of bright red Columi Eliminator's armor with a re-colored TT-17A Vanguard helmet. In the second, it looks like a gray version of the Tionese Supercommando's armor with a re-colored TT-16B Master Powertech helmet.

As far as the armor goes, you can tell that they're Tionese/Columi/Rakata sets because they have the "flamethrower" jetpacks sticking out of the back, but none of the sets in the game match those color schemes. The helmets, meanwhile, aren't part of the same set in-game.

But I absolutely agree with you on the subject of the Bounty Hunter PvP sets, and frankly I would never even consider wearing that stuff. The PvE sets aren't perfect, but they look 100x better than that insect resin garbage.
