Does anyone know where to get cool looking gear like in the attached picture?

Not sure what gear that is exactly, or if it's even available in the game, but based on my experience you should be getting some better looking gear soon.

Since you're in the late 30s, be on the lookout for TT-15A Powertech and TT-15B Vanguard gear; they're around your level, and up until you reach the endgame content the TT-series gear is far and away the best looking. That especially extends to the helmets, which are so putrid prior to around level 40 that I kept my head slot hidden for almost the entire levelling process.

You'll probably have to scour the auction house to find some pieces, but if appearance matters to you it's really the only way to get a matching set. Once you're at 50, of course, you can start chasing the Tionese, Columi, and Rakata sets, which are very cool looking (except for the weird flamethrowers coming out of the back).
