RE: SWTOR formula list
It's a bit complex to locate the actual data in the files, unfortunately. You're looking under abl -> [class name] -> [ability name] or abl -> [class name] -> skill -> [tree name] -> [ability name]. Unfortunately, some of the abilities are named after their old beta names (for example, Static Barrier
is named "Backlash" in the files). As for the ability data themselves, you'll notice each ability has several files related to it, usually a plain named one, then ones with "/#/#" after them (for example Carbonize and Carbonize/0/3). The ability data is in this second set (the description is in the plain named one), but it varies where it's at. They are rarely in the 0/# file, and are also uncommon in the last number file, but which file in between they are in is unpredictable. You'll need to scroll down until you find a section that has entries with the following titles:
Sith Inquisitor (Sorcerer)
Activation time: Instant
Cooldown: 5 secs
Mirror: Force Armor
Surrounds the target in a lightning shield that lasts 30 seconds and absorbs a high amount of damage. Protected targets become deionized and cannot benefit from Static Barrier again for 20 seconds.
These are the value you need. StandardHealthMin/Max sets the base damage, Coefficient sets the bonus scaling, and if a weapon attack, AmountModifierPercent sets the weapon scaling (remember, the multiplier is 1 + AmountModifierPercent).
Even Angels must kill from time to time...
