It is a -20% accuracy debuff. How does this effect DR and Shield chance? Will we be effectively losing a % of shields because of increased miss?

I am concerned because we have talents that proc on shield chance, and im hoping that they do not work against eachother too much.

Only a successful hit can be shielded, so any accuracy debuff on what's attacking you (or avoidance buff on yourself) will definitely reduce the chance of getting a shield proc.
