Accuracy over 100% on attacks that deal Kinetic/Energy Damage Turns into armor pen with the equation:
((OpponentsArmor * (1 - ArmorReduction)) * (1 - ArmorPenetration)) - (1 - (100/TotalAccuracy) = Armor Reduction
