Hi all New to the boards so I just want to start out by saying thank you for all of the hard work everyone has put into the forums and for all of the helpful information provided.

I was curious if their is a current BIS list for 1.2? I apologize if this has been answered elsewhere.

I was also wondering about the new dps relic vs. power relic? I have "heard" that the power relic is a rather situational piece and the dps relic is being mitigated by bosses?! ( I currently have the nova relic ) Please don't tell me I have to do more dailies ;P hehe
