You have it the wrong way round but still basically correct. Smile

in PvE:
You only need 100% Tech Accuracy ever.
You want 110% Ranged Special Accuracy (to negate 10% boss-defense).
And you take what you get of Ranged Accuracy.

And since all three accuracies are increased by the same stat (Accuracy Rating) by the same amount, you aim for the 110% Ranged Special Accuracy in PvE and the rest is just bonus.
