Curiousness, Since I couldn't find it in the pages i checked. When he says 108% accuracy on the front page is that for ranged or Tech? For I currently have 101% Ranged and 111% Tech. Do you get any additional bonuses from going over the 108%. Cause otherwise getting ranged to 108% would put tech around the 117%-120% (no idea on marginal returns) which seems kinda of wasteful if 9-12% of accuracy that is useless. I do realize that without hitting all other stats become null, but does getting ranged up to 108% worth it? considering that we the Tracer(tech) is the majority of our spells, with unload (ranged), heatseeker (tech), and railshot(ranged) on being on 15 sec CD.
