This seems to be as good of a place to put it, but who is in charge of OpComp? All agents have access to a talent granting -10% Accuracy for 8 seconds on a 1 minute cooldown.
I bring this up, because it seems reasonable in a 16-man raid to have quite a few -Accuracy debuffs stacked. ~2 tanks each with -20%, throw in a Medic and a Sniper or two and that's -70% Accuracy in AoE debuffs. |

Something of note. With debuffs being additive in nautre, we now need to speculate the nature of armor penetration buffs(High Velocity Gas Cylinder, Acid Blade, and the like) My first assumption was that these were additive with debuffs, but it seems I may be incorrect after some testing last night. I believe the -60% armor is applied to the boss ,and thereafter the -35% armor is applied to the amount remaining armor. Anyone else have any experience with this?

So was anyone able to do a -armor debuff stacking test on a mob? Or have all the tests been done on a player? Is there a possibility that debuffs work differently on raid bosses vs players?
