Edit: I went back and looked it and I see the x6 Force Master boots mod but found out if you use Force Mystic Boot Enhancement x2 and the rest Stalker head you get less 3% crit but more than 50 power. In any case it seems like we will need 12 armor pieces just for the mod and enhancement which I will never do. |

That BiS is attainable by anyone, just it takes a whole lot of time and credits, it takes 45k each level 61 mod removed to get each piece. Having at least 30% crit should be your minimum and reaching 34% is ideal so you can use Recklessness and wreck someone all the time with FL.
