I'm following atm The Last priority List Posted, Sò My starter si discharge - > maul if proc, if Not, clayrvoyant strike 2x for shock (obv if I have proc maul i Will use it) Just following The priority List, But i think maul has more priority than Spinning Strike.

I do agree that maul does have more priority as well. it seems to only be good for PvP and you can still get a maul proc from discharge.
