RE: Carnage discipline discussion
Quote:Battering Assault is a strong slandered melee attack, Gore is the attack that gives 100% armor penetration. I know, but Force Scream, Massacre and Ravage are stronger attacks then Battering Assault. Gore only lasts 6 seconds, so getting the abilities that benefit the most from it in that window would be better. Quote:Obfuscate is way to powerful of an ability, raid bosses will be immune to it. Reason being if it did work on Raid bosses 16 man raids would stack Marauders heavily and have them rotate the ability making the whole encounter seem like fighting a weak enemy with a crap load of hp's. I'm also know that its primary a pvp talent, atm bosses are not immune to obfuscate. If they are completely immune, then its 100% of a pvp talent. I would like to see them getting a debuff in that makes the boss immune after using obfuscate for some time (like the debuff the raid gets after using a combat ressurection). The real problem is, where should that 2 points be spend anyways? Overwhelm? Immune or Mobs are tanked Erupting Fury? 2 Points of Fury when you make a final hit. With 16 people in a raid its too rare to happen Enraged Charge? Expensive for 1 Rage per 15 Seconds Cloak of Carnage? That is the alternative I will take if bosses are immune, at least in AE-heavy fights it will get you a bunch of Rage, much more than Enraged Charge. |
