If you can take another talent point from somewhere (now costing yourself another useful talent), it's 20% for 2 seconds. Body and Soul is 60% for 4 seconds - meaning it's three times as good for twice as long - and Body and Soul itself was considered an incredibly situation talent; there just wasn't anything to take over it. |
