First time post, been lurking for a while.
I wanted to get some thoughts to see if it would it be worthwhile to give up the PVE set bonuses (1.5 sec Innervate reduction and 50 extra force) to mainly go for the 4-piece PVP set bonus (3% 6sec HoT every consumption) after the patch? Is it too much to give up (and you have some lowered stats to make room for expertise)? With the 2 points in Dark Resilience for a 4% reduction (15% -> 11%) and another 3% from the set bonus, you're around 8%. I realize that the set bonus HoT doesn't fully pair with the consumption cost since the consumption cost is relative to your current health but it's still a reasonable equivalence. |
