However, this also loses you an extra GCD every 8.5 seconds on average compared to current, which cuts throughput. If you instead only heal yourself with Innervate, you'd need to cast it on yourself roughly once every 15 seconds (Innervate is roughly twice the health cost of Consumption in BIS gear), which loses you an average of 1 GCD every 7.5 seconds compared to current, but boosts the net gain from Consumption to 29.5. Even Angels must kill from time to time...
