After verifying, you are correct. Somehow i messed that up.

Numbers now show favor for Columi / CD clickies over the proc relic in terms of HPS gain, I like the relic for fights where i know i'm going to deal with lots of spikey single-target damage (Foreman Crusher), but overall I really haven't noticed anything special, and (now thinking about it) that's likely due to it proccing on people with full HP.
