In terms of raw willpower; Columi Force-Master's Implants (Exceptional) will come out to 125 Willpower each, That should help. On top of that the Columi Force-Master's Relay (Exceptional) should be around 125 willpower as well.

Those 3 items will give you something like an additional 70 Willpower.

Also you can replace the Columi main hand with a Radiant Blade; My Mainhand gives me something like 140 Willpower (can't check; at work right now.)

To expand on this; By replacing your rakata implants/relay with Columi ones, you're going to be sacrificing alot of Surge, I recommend making up the difference by replacing the Alacrity enhancements on your armor with surge replacements; You get the willpower increase of Exceptional implants, with only a very minor surge loss. (if any)
