Neither of them make much sense as PvP buffs, unless you limit them to battlegrounds only, thus screwing world PvP. But then, they're already doing that what with the 30% less effective heals, if Piree is correct.
If Pred's correct , if you have high expertise, heals on you will heal for more, which means that better geared players will receive stronger heals. If expertise just plain grants stronger outgoing healing and the buff isn't limited to PvP areas, expertise is far better for a PvE healer than expertise is for a PvE dps/tank, which is somewhat unbalanced when it comes to gear sets. At least this way, you would have to rely on your companions being in PvP sets in a PvE, so there's less imbalance. That said, it also means you're far more influenced by the capability of your fellow players, which is somewhat irritating as a healer. |
