RE: Annihilation Discipline abilities and rotation discussion
There isn't exactly a soft cap for ratings at the moment, but someone on reddit did post a few numbers where any more of that rating would be too expensive to get. Off the top of my head I believe it was:

Surge rating: 85%
Crit rating: 22%
Accuracy: MH Cap

i see,atm i've been stacking accuracy/crit enhancments on my gear as i wasnt sure of values exactly, with mostly columni/ rakata gear,i got

surge:50%
crit: 30%
accuracy at 114% for specials
power: i got 90

One question I have about accuracy. When you Scroll over the accuracy tab on your character sheet it breaks down the individual forms of accuracy; main hand/OH specials normal etc...

So my question, when I see in this thread people saying you need ~110% accuracy, is that ~110% on the character sheet only? or when you scroll over it do we want special attacks at 110? I guess I'm just asking which form on the character sheet are we looking at when talking about ~110% accuracy.

The accuracy requirement applies to special attacks, so 110% special, or 100% basic.

Ok so that is around 320 accuracy rating with talent points in Narrowed Hatred, Correct?

Sorry for the confusion, I just want to make sure I am reading this correctly, it just seems like that is a low number to be capped already.

Yes, tomorrow there are going to be tests done to find out what the accuracy requirements really are for raids.

Heyhey, been leveling my Watchman, and having a BLAST...

But I was talking to a friend, and as far as he can tell, Searing Saber/Bleedout are currently bugged, and not giving the bonus to DoT crits, has anyone else noticed/confirmed this?

The only bug I am aware with the Anni/Watchman tree is that Deep Wounds/Hemorrhage isn't calculated in the tooltip and apparently Deep Wounds applies to more than just the direct damage of Rupture.

it's been tested and confirmed multiple times now on the official forums, DoT's are NOT getting the 30% bonus to crit damage, a pretty huge bug for a class with a heavy DoT basis.
