Is this still availble or did they removed this ability ?

Definitely still available as the current talent builds(which I assume are the release builds) include talent options for this ability in the Rage tree.

I got it all figured out now, well i think

Deadly throw lvl 18 and vicous throw lvl 46 is avaible for the marauder while saber throw is only for the juggernauth avaible lvl 36
