Yes, I did count the improved proc chance of Barrage, that's why it's on my list. More Barrage procs means less heat means more Tracer casts means more Barrage procs. That part of the calculation is probably the roughest though.

My DPS difference is -5.2% not counting the Barrage improvement, so it's pretty safe to say the actual difference is less than that.
