I am currently coding a theorycrafting tool for Consular Tanks (maybe later also for other classes), and I am wondering about the application of buffs (did not test out in game yet, but maybe someone knows the answer already, so this saves me time ^^).
My question is in which order they are applied.
- 0-3% End from Talents
- 0% or 5% from Trooper Buff
I would *assume* it works like
End = (End+Stimpack_value) * (1.08);
(Assuming both Trooper Buff and the 3% Talent is present).
Or does it work differently (possibly *1.05*1.03 ??? Or does the value from the stimpack get added after the Applying of Buffs?)
If anyone knows some details, please tell ^^

I've not specifically tested with those two effects, but the overwhelming majority of percentage effects like that stack additively, as you had in the first equation.
