How does that one stack up with 0/13/28, before and after double-dipping gets fixed? The spreadsheet is showing them within ~1% of each other, but I'd like to double-check that with someone who knows how to work SimulationCraft.

It's roughly the same as 7/18/16 in dps output, so lower than 13/28 both before and after 1.2's double-dip fix.

Ouch, that is a somewhat bigger hit than I was hoping for.

I'd vote for leaving the X>Y>Z in some form. Maybe :-
  • Quick, dirty stats for those who don't care X>Y>Z
  • Stats for those who actually want to know how to play their character :-

While most of us are here to work all this out and want to min/max as much as possible (it's partly while I play these games), many people will come here for the quick basics of rotation and stats and don't really care about the details. Giving them their info nice and easy in the OP keeps everyone happy.

Actually, that's why I want to change it, as the static list I have above is somewhat misleading on a quick glance. For example:

Code:
Crit between 250 and 350
Surge between 200 and 300
Alacrity between 100 and 200
Power as high as possible given the above (preferably no lower than 300)
Willpower as high as possible

Is significantly more difficult to misconstrue and more accurate in a larger number of circumstances than:

Code:
Willpower > Power > Crit > Surge > Alacrity

I have Dark Energy Surge and Energy Surge Device, first one procs 168 internal damage and second 224 energy damage. Do they share same internal cooldown? If so which one is better?

Yes, as is stated in the tooltip, all of the proc damage relics share an internal cooldown with one another (so it's only useful having one such relic equipped). Since Internal bypasses armor, the Dark Surge relic becomes better than the Energy Surge relic once you pass 25% armor reduction. Boss targets are currently known to possess 35% baseline before debuffs, so it's generally better to use the Internal or Elemental relics rather than the Kinetic or Energy ones. However, if your group has a large number of armor reduction debuffs (example, you're running with a Juggernaut, an Arsenal Merc, and a Sniper that likes to use Shatter Shot
Shatter Shot
Imperial Agent (Sniper)

Energy: -10
Range: 30m
Activation time: Instant
Cooldown: 5 secs
Damage Type: Weapon
Mirror: Flourish Shot

Fires a high-impact shot that deals [?] weapon damage and reduces the target's armor by 20% for 45 seconds.
), the Kinetic/Energy ones can end up superior, as those effects can stack sufficiently to drop the effective armor reduction below 25%.

0/24/17
http://www.torhead.com/skill-calc#201ZfcMMdoruZcMfMs0z.1

Prio:
affliction (for proc)
force lightning (until wrath proc)

chain lightning (with wrath)
if chain lighnting is on cooldown
lightning strike (to reset cl for next wrath proc)

works fine for pvp high dmg high kills never tried it in operations !?
Force pool unlimited

I saw something very interesting on this the other day, it appears that the heal version of this relic can proc at the same time. I've been meaning to do some testing to see if the same thing can happen with the dps ones (and how frequently), as this could be a significant change if it can in fact happen.... Has anyone done extensive testing with these?

EDIT : Image of double proc healing relics here (NOTE : not mine, credit to that guy! )

It may be fine for PvP, but in Ops it lags behind better specs like Hybrid 13/28, Full Madness, Full Lightning, or the better force pool unlimited specs of 17/24 or 7/17/16+1.

If you are interested in mobile/instant DPS, I'm very surprised you don't take Death Field in this build, since DF has slightly better damage per execute time than Wrath + Chain Lightning. Casting LS in hopes of getting Lighting Storm to proc is unwise, the low proc chance won't make up for the DPS lost casting LS instead of FL. Simulationcraft says:

Where 0.24.17 is your spec with the specified priority, no_LS is the same but drops LS from the priority completely, and no_LS_add_DF takes a point from Parasitism and sticks it in Death Field. For reference, Priority list I used for 0.24.17:
Code:
actions=stim,type=exotech_resolve
actions+=/mark_of_power
actions+=/snapshot_stats
actions+=/force_lightning,if=buff.lightning_barrage_dd.up
actions+=/power_potion
actions+=/recklessness
actions+=/use_relics
actions+=/affliction,if=!ticking
actions+=/crushing_darkness,if=buff.wrath.react
actions+=/chain_lightning,if=buff.wrath.react
actions+=/lightning_strike,if=cooldown.chain_lightning.remains>0
actions+=/force_lightning
actions+=/shock,moving=1,if=force>120

Ah thank you with 0/13/28 ive got some problems with my force pool if there is much movement or in hectic situations (mostly in pvp) and with effusion build i dont know if the dammage is competitive to 0/13/28 but on the other side who really knows without combatlogs and as long as there is no dualspec in the game i try to find a build thats viable for pve and pvp
(sorry if my english sucks im from germany Angel)
