I'm somewhat late to the discussion, but it's been pretty interesting.

As far as an opener, it would make sense to me burst the open and Adrenaline Probe back into the +90 range knowing that it will be possible to cloak and reopen when everything comes off cooldown later in the fight.

With cloak on a 3 minute cooldown and AP on a 2 minute cooldown, it seems like there will be opportunities to use multiple strategies within a fight based on a conservation/burn/build cycle.

I saw this on the official forums, and I thought I would pass it along here. Apparently Acid Blade has been changed fairly significantly. There were a few people confirming this.

Man this is getting annoying. I'll have to confirm the level 50 tooltip before I update my guide so that I'm sure on the rotation, as it is a massive change because the price of acid blade just doubled now that it requires and consumes TA. Just when I had the rotation all figured out too /sigh.

@ Bnol I haven't started on the spread sheet yet, I just stepped it out global by global and did the math the other night for a look at it. I'll definitely be looking into a better spread sheet and when I have something decent I'll definitely post it up for comments/improvement. That won't be for at least a week though guys as I'm having some fun actually playing the game =)

It's a tooltip error. Smuggler's Flechette Round remains same. I wouldn't be concerned about it.

Just a heads up I'm actually going to put the write up in another thread talking about energy/damage and what it means to us. I started before and already up to 1100 words so I firgure this is the best way to address it. I'll link it in my guide for sure too.

It's a long read I know (it's nearly done), but I wouldn't bother if I didn't think that it wouldn't help. It will be up tomorrow barring unforeseen stuff.
