Kor, I am using the same 19/22 build. Which champion spec would you recommend for this build? And what stats are more important for the build - surge/crit/power/alacrity?

Champion spec? If you mean gear selection, I use 3 Masters 2 Mystic (select to maximize Willpower), mainly because the 2-set Mystics bonus is far better than the 4-set Master's bonus.
A for stats, as normal I must caveat this with "stat weights are highly dependent on your current gear". However, general priorities are Willpower > Power > Surge > Crit > Alacrity.
Unfortunately, both the PvP gear and the Rakata gear is stacked full of Crit and Alacrity. /sigh

I'd like to share my PvP Build with you guys
Im running very successful in my warzones, ending up as 1. place damagedealer even if i concentrate myself on reaching the mapgoals.
First of all excuse my bad english
My Gearbuild:
Most of you guys will hate me for it, but i bought the Stalkers Set. I know its designed for Assasins but heres the catch:
The (4) Setbonus adds one charge for Recklesness and reduces its cooldown by 15 seconds.
I have 30 % Crit and 10 % crit on ForceLightning specced, so when i activate Recklesness it adds 60 % crit which gets me over 100 % critchance. As we all know, only one charge of Recklesness is used for one ForceLightning. So usually when i hit Recklesness i may cast 3x FL with 100 % Crits and everyone dies. Consider this by using Power Adrenals and Power Relics - its totally WTFPWN and makes people call me a "cheater" (no joke)
However: I changed the Mods and Enhancements of the Gear to Power and Crit/Surge making my stats the following:
Damage: ~ 620
Crit: 39 % (+10 % on Forcelightning making it 49 % crit and 109 % critchance with recklesness, which only has 75 seconds cooldown, with setbonus)
Crit Multiplier: 87 %
My Spec:
I run Lightning / Madness for most DPS, when i want to instagib People - this is what i do and i think you all will approve of this:
1. I cast Force Lightning until Wrath procs
2. I play Piano Hitting F2-F6 Activating the following abilities:
Overcharge Stim, Power Relic, Power Adrenal, Recklesness, Polarity Shift
3. I cast DeathField and Chainlightning and everyone dies!!
There were Situations where i killed 3-4 People instantly by only Using DeathField / Chain Lightning
It is much better to Cast ForceLightning to proc Wrath first and then activate your Cooldowns.

I'd like to see some accomplished 5/5 PvP Set Sorcerers tell me what their Power/Crit/Surge Ratings are. I've begun to rewire mine to add crit and surge and already see some decent results.
Does anyone have crit rating over 40% and what did it take to get there? I am just breaking 30 now.

Assuming full ops buffs (specifically, Mark of Power and Coordination), it'll take about 650 crit at 1600 Willpower and about 900 crit at 1400 Willpower to reach 40%.

A full set of Rakata gear has 1575 Willpower and 1150 rating straight from the vendor, so yes, it's easily possible. Whether it's optimal is another discussion entirely.

The 2 set (longer range on the interrupt/force slow) is okay and the 4 set is the best (shorter cooldown on Recklessness and 1 more charge) dps bonus. However, I really like the survival increase of the 2 set healer set more than a small dps bonus.
